Where do I come in?
We're looking for fun, reliable & organised students to become a Varsity Canterbury Student Ambassador. You’ll need to be confident communicating with new people and can manage their own time well. You should already live in a property which we manage and that way, you can help promote our business to your fellow students with first-hand knowledge of how things work.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maximise on-campus brand awareness through postering and leafleting
- Assisting at events held throughout the year (Freshers, ReFreshers, Varsity events, Varsity etc.)
- Conducting viewings with new groups of students
- Chatting with fellow students (email/phone) to book appointments
- Posting on our social media channels
- Build relationships with Students Union reps
- Work with fellow Student Ambassadors
- Help improve the experiences our students have by suggesting new ideas

- You should be registered as a university student and live in one of our managed properties
- That you’re Confident, hardworking and organised
- That you’re results driven with the ability to multi-task
- That you’re outgoing and confident speaking with students on the phone and via email and can help find them their most suitable accommodation
- You’re good on social media
- Are creative mind with an entrepreneurial spirit
- You should be passionate & knowledgeable about the Varsity Canterbury brand
- Be responsible and self-motivated, with the ability to manage part-time work and can commit to the same times/dates each week.
